Purity™ Flash Cartridges are superior because they are packed with Premium Rf™ Silica Gel. The porosity is 60A, particle distribution is 40-75um, bed mass is 800g, and quantity is 3/pk. Sorbtech's packing technique & Premium Rf's narrow particle distribution results in a uniform packed bed. The benefits are no channeling, higher resolution, decrease in backpressure, faster flow, and faster run time. Additionally, the small pore volume allows for more silica gel per column volume leading to greater loadability and less solvent use. Finally, the high purity silica gel (minimal surface metals) reduces mixed-mode interactions (no peak tailing or resolution loss). The polypropylene cartridge has standard luer-lock end fittings and is spin-welded (leak-free) allowing higher pressures up to 100 psi. The cartridges are compatible with all flash chromatography systems.

Biotage Sfär Silica High Capacity 20 μm is the choice when you need to run the best possible separation with the smallest column and greenest amount of solvent. With maximum flexibility, users place the needed amount of adsorbent inside the DLV and then attach to any Biotage Sfar column or flash chromatography column with luer fittings. Biotage DLVs work well on Biotage Sfar Duo columns when larger quantities of sorbant material are needed.Come in a pack of 20 with 20 frits.
